Peak Periods:

Upon the Launch of new products and ranges, as well as during peak sales periods, there is an increase in order volume and as such, there are likely to be potential delays in order processing and delivery.

Guaranteed pre-Christmas delivery is subject to the below:

  • Within New Zealand:
    • Local Cut-Off Date: Friday, 19th December
    • Inter-Island and Rural Cut Off Date: Tuesday, 16th December
  • To Australia:
    • Metro Cut-Off Date: Monday, 15th December
    • Non-Metro Cut-Off Date: Friday, 12th December
  • Rest of World:
    • All International Cut-Off Date: Monday. 1st December

Delivery Charges:

Delivery Charges include all handling, admin and packaging fees. Delivery Charges depend on weight, dimensions and destination. Delivery is through the best suited delivery company.

If parcels are returned due to non-delivery, additional freight charges may apply.

For International Deliveries, all related charges are the responsibility of the purchaser including but not limited to relevant duties, taxes and customs fees.

Delivery Time:

Standard delivery within New Zealand is 2-7 business days (excluding public holidays and peak periods such as Christmas), once payment has been received and the order has been dispatched. If no-one is available at the time of delivery, all orders will default to Authority to Leave. In some instances, items will be returned to the local depot, and re-delivery will be attempted.

We will make every effort to ensure that your order is delivered within the estimated delivery timeframe, however, due to circumstances outside of our control, you order may be delayed. Classic Sports Industries NZ and New Zealand Super Rugby cannot guarantee delivery time frames.

Damage in Transit:

Ownership passes once payment is received. Risk transfers upon delivery to the courier. For any damaged items, please contact Online@shop.nzsuperrugbyclubs.co.nz with your name, order number, address, and details of the order and damage including images.

Customers are recommended to consider transit insurance if required.

Acceptance of Delivery:

All deliveries will default to Authority to Leave unless otherwise specified, or requested via email upon order confirmation. When receiving the package, check that the item has not been damaged or tampered with. If damage or tampering has occurred, please refer to the above regarding Damage in Transit.

Where signature delivery applies, anyone who signs for the goods at your nominated delivery address will be assumed to be authorised by you to do so. This includes but is not limited to staff, colleagues, relatives, and friends.
