This Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

1   Right to Change Your Mind

1.1    You may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your items.

1.2    Exceptions (cannot be returned unless faulty):

• a)personalised items
• b) items unfit for return for hygiene reasons once opened
• c) items mixed inseparably with others
• d) business, trade, or commercial purchases
• e) you purchased in connection with your business, trade, profession or craft (i.e., if you are not operating as a consumer).

1.3   Original Condition Requirement All returned items must be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging, and have all original tags attached. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

2   How to Cancel

a)   Email Online@shop.nzsuperrugbyclubs.co.nz with your order number and request to cancel.

b)   You may also submit the Cancellation Form included at the bottom of this Policy.

3   How to Return Products

a)   Items must be returned within 31 days of notifying us.

b)   Use original packaging where possible.

b)   Email us for the correct returns address and instructions.

Pre-Paid Labels

We provide a pre-paid return label if:

• the item is faulty or incorrect
• you cancel within the 14-day withdrawal period
• we made a change that significantly impacts your purchase

In all other cases, return shipping is your responsibility.

4   Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method:

• within 14 days of receiving your return
• or when you provide evidence of sending it back
• we made a change that significantly impacts your purchase

We may deduct for unreasonable wear or damage.

5   Sale Items

Sale, discounted, or clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or required by law.
