We hope you enjoy your purchase from the NZ Super Rugby Clubs Online Store. If something isn’t quite right, this Returns & Exchange Policy explains your rights and options.

This Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

1   Right to Change Your Mind (14-Day Withdrawal Right)

1.1   Your right to cancel

You may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your items.

1.2   Items that cannot be returned unless faulty

The following items are excluded from “change of mind” returns:
  • Personalised or customised items
  • Items unfit for return for hygiene reasons once opened
  • Items mixed inseparably with others
  • Items purchased for business, trade, commercial or professional use

1.3   Condition of returned items

All returned items must be:
  • unused and unwashed
  • in original packaging
  • with all original tags attached
If items are not returned in original condition, we may decline the return.

Complete the Return Form at the end of this Policy and return with the item to:

Please ensure your completed Return Form is included inside the parcel.

2   Return timeframe

2.1   Your right to cancel
Items must be returned within 31 days of notifying us of your cancellation or return request.

2.2   Packaging requirement

Use the original packaging where possible.

Please ensure your completed Return Form is included inside the parcel.

2.4   Who pays for return shipping?

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer in all cases, including change-of-mind returns, exchanges, faulty items, or incorrect deliveries.

3   Faulty, Defective, or Incorrect Items

3.1   Notifying us

If your item is faulty, defective, damaged, or not as described, please notify us via email, online@shop.nzsuperrugbyclubs.co.nz within 14 days of receiving it.

3.2   What happens next

Depending on the nature of the fault, you may be entitled to:
  • a replacement (subject to stock availability)
  • a repair
  • a refund to your original payment method

3.3   Condition of faulty returns

Faulty items should be returned:
  • in original packaging (where possible)
  • with proof of purchase

3.4   What is not considered a fault

We may not consider the following as faults:
  • minor manufacturing variations that do not affect wearability
  • damage caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear
  • defects disclosed at the time of purchase (e.g., clearance stock)

3   Refunds

4.1   When we process refunds

Refunds are issued:
  • within 14 days of receiving your returned item,

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

4.3   Deductions

We may deduct an amount if the value of the item is reduced due to handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to determine its condition.

5   Sale Items

Sale, discounted, or clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or required by law.

6   Short Supply or Incorrect Deliveries

If your order is missing items or contains incorrect items, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order so we can correct the issue promptly.
